how do i change the wages of an employee and all the construction deductions

As for the wages of the employee, you may find that under menu "Input" >> "Payroll" >> "Employees"
From there you will choose and double-click on the employee you want to modify, then find out the "Earnings" Tab. You are in business
Can't help you with the Construction deductions as I currently don't have any way to access this module.
